Mr. L. P. Hardy absent. <br />The matter of awardingg of contract on pavement on alley North of <br />Lincoln Wray West up for discussion and the following :award was made. <br />Concerning the improvement of the roadway of alley north of <br />Lincoln Wray West from Leland Avenue to Alley E. of Wod Street in pursuance to <br />Resolution No. 957 the petition of freeholders residing on said street is considered <br />and the report of the City Engineer is received and all evidence is heard and the <br />Board finds that said pet3tio ers constitute a mzjorityy in number of the Freeholders <br />residing on as id street to be improved that said petition is sufficient and it is <br />therefore considered and ad Judged that said improvement be made with as haltic <br />concrete and that Williston Construction Company is the lowest and best bidder <br />for said kind of pavement, and the Board do finds, and lets the contract for said <br />im rovement to him, and orders Paid improvement to be made with asphaltic concrete <br />ano all proceedings heretofore had in this matter are hereby confirmed and ratified. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.
