LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 989. Resolved by -the Board of Public Works of the Ci ty of South Bend, County of St. Joseph State 6f Indiana, That the construction of a local sewer, intended and adapted only for local use by the property hd.lders whose property abuts thereon, and not intended or adapted for receing sewerage from collateral drains, be and toe same is hereby ordered in and along O'Brien Street from Washington Avenue to the first alley south of Kenwood Avenue as follows, tow-ti:- Beginning,at the intersection of the center dine of Linden Avenue and O'Brien Street, thence north along the center line of O'Brien Street to the First Alley South of Kenwood Avenue with s twelve'(12) inch vitrified pipe sewer, Also; Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Linden Avenue and O'Brien Street thence south along the center line of O'Brien Street to Orange Street with a -twelve 42) inch vitrified pipe sewer.
