<br />Hearing had,on resolution for pipe sewer oil Taylor Street from
<br />Indiana Avenue to Calvert Street, under Improvement Resolution No, 976. In the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana. ,
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance
<br />was filed And the Board being fully advised in they remises, decidesthat the bbenefits
<br />to., property liable to be a`sses3ed for ,said improvement are equato te estimate* cost
<br />othe same as reported by the 4lity Civil En ineere and thereupon. takes final action on
<br />said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, ratified,
<br />confirmed: and approved.
<br />Resolved further that notices be published on the 19th. day of May
<br />1922 and on the 26th. day gf May 192�, in the South Bend News Times and South Bend Tribune
<br />stating that this Board will receive bids for the onstruetion of said improvement up to
<br />10:00 A.M. June 6th., 1922. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids
<br />Hearing had on resolution for pipe sewer on Marietta Street from
<br />Indiana Avenue to Dubail Avenue, udder Improvement Resolution No, 978. IN the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written r4monstranee
<br />was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the remises, decides that the benefits
<br />to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost
<br />of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon }takes final action on
<br />said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 19th. day of May
<br />1922 and on the 26th. day of May 1922 in the SoutIg Bend Tribune and South Bend News Times
<br />stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to
<br />10:00 A.M. June 6th. 1922. The Board reserves the right to reject any and.all bids.
<br />Hearing had on resolution for pipe sewer on Dubail Avenue from
<br />`Leer Street to Marine Street, under Improvement Resolution No, 977• IN the City of South
<br />�tend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeaured and written remonstrance
<br />was filed. The Board after hearing all interested property owners present, over-pruled
<br />written remonstrance filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises decides that
<br />the benefits to property liable to be assessed ror said improvement are equal to the
<br />estimated cost of the ;same, as reported by the City.Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes
<br />final action inn said %solution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things
<br />ratified, confirmed' and approved.

<br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared and a written remonstrance
<br />filed April 10th., 1922. The Board after hearing all parties interested over -ruled
<br />written remonstrance filed April 10th,, 1922, and the Board being fully advised in the
<br />premises,•decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement
<br />are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and t.
<br />14pon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby
<br />in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />Hearing had on resolution for pipe sewer on Kessler /Blvd, from
<br />Rose Street to N. Line of Portage Heights Addition, under improvement Resolution No, 975.
<br />In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />In the.above matter remonstrators appeared and remonstrated against
<br />sewer connecting up.with Beale Street sewer already in. Property owners petitioning for
<br />said sewer present. The Beard after hearing all parties interested decided to defer action
<br />on said resolution until Wednesday May 24th., 1922. at 7:15 :.M.
