In regard to this matter resolution was approved as follows; - BE IT RESOLVED, that Whereas George J. Hoffman has filed , on April 4,1922 his petition in words and figures as set out on page 38y :Record. Opening of an alley from Washington Avenue to the alley north of Washington Avenue across Lot 2 Dunbar s Sub. of Bank Out Lot No. 31 Remonstrance filed against pavement on Donald Street from Miami Street to, Leer Street. Board of Public Works, South Bend, Ind. Gentlemen: - In the matter of Ralph C. Osborne's Replat of Lots 64,65,& 66 Cobb's Sub Division of Bank Out Lot 30, referred to the Zoning and Planning Commission for con- siderttion, I beg to report that the Commission at its meeting held Tuesday May 9th., voted that the Replat be not approved. The following permits were granted to the Indiana Bell Tel. Company to set pole and anchors as follows: - To move the existing pole on the southwest corner of the.alley between Orange Street and Washington Sts. on Brookfield St. across the alley to the northwest corner of the same alley as shown on blue print. To move existing pole on King Street -to Portage , this pole is to be set just inside of the curb, the lawn including sidewalk is fifteen feet wide on King St. To r4set pole on Calvert Street in the alley between Main Street and Michigan Street on account of being in the way of the opening of Calvert Street.
