The �oard received a cor:�unication fro� Officer Levi Nulf tivhich in- dicated that he vrould complete 20 �ears of service in the Department , and in ;°rhich he asks that h� be alloti•red to yrithdrarr from the Department to dra�;� his pension. Upon motion dul� made and seconded, the follo�ving resolution ti�as adopted: RESQLVED: that Officer iTu1f be required to continue as a meMber of the Police Depart�ent for the duration of the �^rar and that no certificate of availability be sxecuted in his benalf by the City of South Bend. .
