REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 14, 2011 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Gary King, 730 N. Hill Street, South Bend, Indiana, stated that this is a subject that <br />has bothered him greatly. Mr. King presented pictures of illegal dumping on Kalaroma <br />Street just off of Hill Street. Mr. King stated that he sees this as a good thing; he urged <br />cooperation between Code Enforcement and the Solid Waste Department to make sure <br />they have coordinated to make this project work. He would like to see things get done <br />and cleaned up without a lot of paper work involved. <br /> <br />There being no one else present wishing to speak to the Council either in favor of or in <br />opposition to this bill, Councilmember Dieter made a motion for favorable <br />recommendation to full Council concerning this bill.
