The Chief presented to the Board a letter from John r�7. Klinger, Dir- � ector Division of Corrections, submitting a copy of the Inspectors report. The report was from Fred R. Farnam, Ins�i�utional Inspector� and made the follotiving reco�runendations : . � , l. That each of the ttivo jail rooms be provided ti^�ith 'artificial ventilation of the electrically operated exhaust fan type, and that each room be pro- vided with a simple shower bath, a standard wash bowl and a prison type toilet.
