Staff requests <br /> approval of Resolution No. 2952. <br /> Mr. Varner opened the public hearing for PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION No.2952 <br /> anyone wishing to speak. Seeing there was <br /> no one who wished to speak, Mr. Varner <br /> closed the public portion was closed. <br /> (2) Consideration of Resolution No. 2952. <br /> Mr. Inks requested that the resolution be <br /> tabled today and be brought back to the next <br /> meeting. The ownership of the property has <br /> changed. Staff spoke to the new owners <br /> today. They had other investors that they <br /> wanted to inform and they want to get back <br /> to us on whether they would be in favor or <br /> not in favor of putting the property on the <br /> acquisition list. <br /> Action on Resolution No. 2952 was tabled ACTION ON RESOLUTION No.2952 WAS TABLED <br /> until the November 22, 2011 meeting UNTIL THE NOVEMBER 22,2011 MEETING <br /> B. Housing <br /> (1) Loan and Grant in connection with the <br /> South Bend Home Improvement Program <br /> for property located a 424 Lamonte <br /> Terrace. (Marilyn Sheree LaPorte). <br /> Mr. Inks noted that the loan is $6,500 and the <br /> grant is $17,000. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN AND GRANT <br /> Ms. King and unanimously carried, the IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOUTH BEND HOME <br /> Commission approved the loan and grant in IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED A 424 LAMONTE TERRACE.(MARILYN <br /> connection with the South Bend Home SHEREE LAPORTE). <br /> 7 <br />
