Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br /> (1) continued... <br /> Mr. Meteiver noted that during the <br /> acquisition process in the northeast <br /> neighborhood triangle area, properties were <br /> purchased in the name of the Redevelopment <br /> Commission and also in the name of the <br /> Board of Works. This resolution will <br /> authorize transfer of the Redevelopment <br /> properties to the Board of Works to <br /> consolidate that ownership for ultimate <br /> development purposes. In pursuing <br /> development in that neighborhood we are <br /> going through the process of rezoning those <br /> parcels from their current zonings, which <br /> vary from parcel to parcel, to a single zoning <br /> planned-unit development. <br /> Mr. Varner asked if all the properties to be <br /> transferred are in the triangle area. Mr. <br /> Meteiver said yes. <br /> Mr. Varner asked if any of the properties are <br /> the contested parcels. Mr. Meteiver said that <br /> all of those have been resolved. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2957 <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2957 TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC <br /> WORKS. <br /> authorizing the transfer of real property to the <br /> City of South Bend Board of Public Works. <br /> (2) Ratification of signing of documents for <br /> Eddy Triangle Rezoning to Planned Unit <br /> Development. <br /> Mr. Meteiver noted that the documents <br /> needed to be filed for the rezoning of the <br /> 19 <br />
