It is now <br /> necessary to appropriate additional funds for operational and capital expenditures necessary for the City <br /> to effect provision of services to its citizens which were not anticipated at the time the City budget was <br /> adopted. <br /> This spending appropriation bill includes the following: <br /> Fund $ Purpose <br /> 101 General Fund 142,428 Energy-office balance of federal stimulus grant with monies <br /> expended for ongoing energy savings projects defined within <br /> the original project proposal <br /> 101Gene'ral Fund 80,000 Safety improvements to the Police firearms training facility <br /> with FOP reimbursement to the city of$36,135 over the next ' <br /> 4 fiscal years including 2011 <br /> 103 Excess Levy 1,363 Balance of excess levy funds transferred to the city general <br /> fund per DLGF instruction <br /> 209 5tude/Oliver Grants 3,001 Final spend of grant monies received in a prior fiscal period <br /> 212 Icon Development 5,392 : Spend of federal grant monies received in a prior fiscal <br /> period._ <br /> 227 Loss Recovery Fund 34,699 Asbestos removal in the Animal Control Facility pro ject not scope <br /> 250 General Grant 164 !
