(7) Sign Permits. Fees shall be charges-d for the issuance of permits for the installation or <br /> erection of freestanding'signs; billboards, including outdoor and off-premises signs; <br /> facia signs; marquee or canopy signs and for lettering on buildings as follows: <br /> a. Under one(1) square foot or less of display area and embellishments: No fee <br /> b.One (1) square foot to twenty-five (25) square feet of display area and <br /> embellishments: Forty dollars($40.00); <br /> c.Twenty-six (26) square feet to fifty (50) square feet of display area and <br /> embellishments: Sixty dollars ($60:00); <br /> d Fifty-one (51) square feet to one hundred (100) square feet of display area and <br /> embellishments: Eighty-five dollars $85.00 ; <br /> e.
