This Resolution is hereby designated and constitutes the written order of <br /> the Area Plan Commission approving the Declaratory Resolution and the Plan, as amended by <br /> the Declaratory Resolution, pursuant to the requirements of Section 16 of the Act. <br /> 4. The Secretary of the Area Plan Commission is hereby directed to forward a <br /> copy of this Resolution together with the Declaratory Resolution to the South Bend City Common <br /> Council for its consideration. <br /> 5.
