WHEREAS, in Resolution Nos. 650 and 783 the Commission directed that the proceeds of taxes be distributed to the Departm mt pursuant to the allocation provisions of the Resolutions, particularly paragraph 6(b), of Resolution No. 650 and paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of Resolution No. 783, and be desposited in a special fund designated as South Bend Department of Redevelogrent Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 4) Special Fund (Special Fund), proceeds fran which may be used, among other purposes, "to reimburse the City for *expenditures made by it for public improverents in South Bend Allocation Area No. 4;" and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend has made expenditures for public improvsrents within the Allocation Area and should be reimbursed fran the Special Fund for those experxhtures; and WHEREAS, the Commission previously, adopted resolution No. 759 finding that the City of South Bend has expended the following amounts fran the Cumulative Sewer Fund of the City for the following public improvemmts in the Allocation Area: 115 Haver W.
