RESOLUTION NO. 1033 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION COMMENDING <br />SANDY COMBS FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICE TO <br />THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, many people express concern about urban problems and <br />their impact upon the community; and <br />WHEREAS, some people demonstrate their concern by personal <br />involvement in the process of seeking solutions; and <br />WHEREAS, a very few people are both willing and able to bring a <br />degree of dedication and leadership that culminates in real, <br />measurable progress enriching the life of the community; and <br />WHEREAS, Sandy Combs has shown such leadership by honorably <br />serving as a Commissioner on the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission since 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, during the tenure of his service the quality of life <br />of the residents of South Bend has improved as a result of the <br />contributions of his time, knowledge, good judgement and steadfast <br />efforts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission hereby commends Sandy Combs for <br />meritorious service and expresses its gratitude for a job well <br />done. <br />Adopted at a Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission, held on January 10, 1992 at the Office of the <br />Commission, 1200 County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson <br />Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana. <br />ARK <br />Michael Donoho, Secretary <br />ML:Res1033 <br />H <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />Lj� -", /u - �L�_ <br />Paula N.
