. WHEREAS, in Resolution Nos. 650 and 783 the Cmmission directed that the proceeds of taxes be distributed to the Department pursuant to the allocation provisions of the Resolutions, particularly paragraph 6(b), of Resolution No. 650 and paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of Resolution No. 783, and be desposited in a special fund designated as South Bend Department of Redevelopment Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 4) Special Fund (Special Fund) , proceeds from which may be used, among other purposes, "to reimburse the City for expenditures made by it for public improvements in South Bend Allocation Area No. 4;" and WHEREAS, the City of South Bend has made expenditures tures for public nproveamts within the Allocation Area and should be reimbursed from the Special Fund for those expenditures. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelcgrient Commission as follows: 1. The Commission finds that the City of South Bend has expended the following amounts from the General Fund of the City for the following public improverents in the Allocation Area: Ref. Contractor Activity Date Amount W.O. #268A S. Bend Water Works Install 12" water main 2/25/83 $ 1,910.96 W.O. #268B S. Bend Water Works to Ethanol Plant 5/17/83 97.409.99 $99,320.95 2. The Commission authorizes and appropriates Ninety -Nine Thousand, Three Hundred Twenty Dollars and Ninety -Five Cents ($99,320.95) from the South Bend Department of Redevelopment Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 4) Special Fund to reimburse the City of South Bend for expenditures made within the Allocation Area. Adopted at a Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held on March 13, 1992, at Room 1200, County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, IN 46601.
