Continued. <br />Concerning the -improvement"of the roadway,of Fox Street from <br />Miami Street to Leer Street,, with sphaltl asphaltic concretet concrete* or brick <br />in pursuance to resolution No. 9A the Board,finds that no petition has been filed <br />has been filed with said Board by a majority in number of the fr6eholders residing on <br />said street to be improved requesting that it be improved with a different kind of <br />pavement than the kind heretofore adopted by the Board in i ' ts preliminary order* , <br />and the City Engineer reports that the White Construction company is the lowest and <br />best bidder for the kind of pavement heretofore adopted by the Board an.the Board <br />find that said White Construction Company is the lowest.and beat bidder and hereby <br />lets said contract for said improvement to him# and orders that Said improvement be <br />made with Asphaltic concrete using Mexican Asphalt, and all proceedings heretofore <br />had in this matter are hereby confirmed and ratified. <br />L.
