s Petitions were Piled as follows and resolutions ordered. M a Pipe sewer on O'brien Street from North line of Washington Avenue forth to a point north of Linden.Avenue which is 40 feet south of the south line of Lot No. 9 in O'Bannn's Sub-6Division, Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No. 61 for the vacation of the north and south alley lying between Tenth and Eleventh Street from Vine Street to Pleasant Street., also the east and west alley lying between Vine Street and Pleasant,_ Street from. Tenth Street to Eleventh Street, in the'City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared' and no written remon- strances were filed.
