<br />Resolved by the Board of ' Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />Count, of Sty. Josep; State of Indiana, That the. construction of a local sewer,
<br />inters ed affi addaapte only for:.local used by -the property holders whose property
<br />abuts thereon and not intended or adapted for rec6fting sewerage from collateral
<br />drains, be an 'el the same is hereby ordered in €one'. along Marietta Street from Indian&
<br />Avenue to Dubail Avenue as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the center
<br />line of Indiana Avenue and Marietta Street thence south along the center line of
<br />Marietta Street to a oint ei ht �-five J855 facet north of the north lime of Dubail
<br />Avenue with a ten (10yinch vTtr Pied ppa w�ewer, togge�ther with the necessary man-
<br />holes, storm water. inlets, conduits and house connections to the curb line along the.
