Tuesday April 18th., 19220, <br />Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members -present. Mayor <br />E. F. Seebirt and City Engineer present. <br />Mr. Jaoob Hoffman appeared before the Board and presented written <br />petition requesting that La Salle Avenue from the west line of Miehigin Street ty the east <br />line of Main Street, be>widened4i.fteen•(15)-feet, seven and one half (7�) on either side. <br />name signed by &a Salle>Hotel Realty.Co, and other property owners. Same read and placed <br />on file and me Hoffman requested to see if property owners from Main Street to alley <br />west of Lafayette Street were in favor of widening. <br />Board instructed to write to.F. W. Burlingame Co.�about payment of <br />lgghts in Marquette Park each month. <br />Attorney L. J. Oare appeared before the Board representing the Marquette <br />Pakk Corporation in4regard•t,o','reassessments,on.assessments for pawers in Marquette Park. <br />Board advised Attorney Oare to take this matter up with the City Engineer and City Treasurer. <br />Board ordered a resolution prepared on Bergan Street for grade, curb <br />and walk and deed submitted by William C. Jackson at al to the City of South Bend Ind. <br />dedicating Bergan Street to City and which was approved by the Board March loth., 19220 <br />was approved by the City Attorney L. W.
