<br />Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present.
<br />Hearing had on resolution for Pipe.sewer on Stanfield Street from
<br />Howard Street to St. Vincent Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 946. In the City
<br />of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing property owners appeared and requested that water
<br />main be put on this stveit is sewer was_itid. The Board afterconsidering this matter deferred
<br />all action tntil Wednesday April 12th.9 1922 at 7:15 P.M.
<br />Hearing had on resolution for pipe sewer on Oakland Street from
<br />the'St. Joseph River to a point 100 feet south of the south line of Mishawaka Avenue,
<br />under®Improvement Resolution No. 947. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing no remonstrance was filed and no remonstrators
<br />appeared. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, drecides that the ebenefits
<br />to the property liable to'be assessed for said improvements ae equal to the estimated cost
<br />of the same as reported by the City Civil -Engineer , and thereupon takes final action on
<br />said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirme
<br />and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published, on the 14th. day of April
<br />1921 and on the 21st. day of April 1922 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and South Bend News
<br />Times stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements
<br />up to 10:00 A.M. May 2nd., l922 at 10:00 A.M. The Board reserves the right to reject any
<br />and all bids.

<br />Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing Rio remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance
<br />ways filed, And the Board being fully advised in the premises 'decides that the benefits to
<br />property; liable to be as for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of
<br />the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said
<br />resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed
<br />.and approved. ,
<br />Resolved further that notices be publised on the loth. day of April
<br />1922 and on the 21ste day of April 1922 in -the South Bend Daily Tribune and South Bead
<br />Mews T mes in this City, s tti that this Board will receive bids for the construction
<br />of sal improvements up to10:8� A.M. May 2nd. 1922 The. Board resrves the right to reject
<br />any a4d all bids. .
<br />Hearing had on resolution for grade, curb and walk on College
<br />Street from Humboldt Street to the south line of C. R. Smith s Addition, under Improvement
<br />Resolution No, 949. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing non remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
<br />strance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the bent
<br />fits to property liable to be assessed for -said improvement are equal to the estimated cost
<br />of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on
<br />said resolution an originally adapted, and the same is hereby in all things, ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved.

<br />was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits

<br />said resolution as originally adopted, and the same are: hereby in all things, ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved.
