<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, St;.
<br />Joseph,County, State of Indiana., That it is deemed necessary to improve Wilber Street
<br />from Longley Avenue to. Linden Avenue as follows, to -wit: -
<br />Said street sh€a11 be graded
<br />from property line to ppropertyy ain.e to the established grade and cement sidewalk
<br />and cement curb shall be constructed on both sides of said street from Langley Avenue
<br />to Linden Avenue, all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the
<br />plans, profiles, detail-d.rewings and ppecifications on file in the office of the Depart-
<br />ment of Public Works of the Cityof South Bend, Indiana.
<br />in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications
<br />on file in -the office of the Department of the Board of Public Works of said
<br />City; and such improvement is -
<br />s- now ordered.
<br />The cost of said improvement, jiNcluding the cost of street and alley
<br />intersections, shall be assessed upon the real estate abutting on said

<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed, necessary to improve Catalpa
<br />Avenue from Bruce Street to Calvert Street as follows, to --wit:•
<br />Said Avenue shall be
<br />graded from propp erty line to roperty line to the established grade, and cement sidewalk
<br />and cement curb sha11 be constructed on both sides of said avenue from Bruce Street to.
