<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it:is deemed necessary to improve Swygart Avenue,
<br />from Indiana Avenue to Prairie Avenue as.follows, to-wit.*

<br />property line to property line tothe established grade and cement sidewalk and cement curb
