Tuesday October 26th.,1915. Board met in regular session at 7:45 p.M. All members present. ✓ Hearing had on improvement resolution no. 412* for the pipe sewer on Pox Street from St. Joseph Street to Fellows Street, In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same,. as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the sane is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the ?.nthday of October 1915 and on the 4th. day of Noveinber1915. in a newspaper of gener 1 circulat4on in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids, for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 16th. day of Novebber,1915. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. nearing had on assessment' roll and final. estimate for Pipe sewer on St. Peter and Sorin Street from South Bend Avenue and St. Louis Blvd. to Eddy Street, under Improvement Reslution NO. 390. The Board therefore find that the prope rty assessed in- said ro lls filed October October 5th.91915. is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown onsaid rolls and the Board further rind that the assessment roll filed October 5th .19.5 and the final estimate allowed October 5tn.11915 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved* Hearing had on assessment roll and fi-ial estimate for Macadam pavement on Tecumseh Avenue from Wakewa Avenue to Pokagon Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 374• In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
