776 Friday October lst.,l Board met in special session at 5:15 P.M, All members present. r The following resolution was adopted by the Board.- dONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 42. ✓ RESOLVED: by the Beard of Public Works of. the City of South Bend, St. .Joseph County, Indiana. that it is deemed and desired necessary to widen an alley from the north line of Colfax Avenue to the southerly .line of Lincoln Way West. By the condemnation and appeop riation of sufficient lots and lands for such widening, specifically described as follows,to-wit:- Begin on the nfl rth line of Colfax Avenue five (5) feet east of the west line`of Bank Out lotl4,`thence east two (2) feet; thence north one hundred ninety eight (199) feet to alley; thence west two (2) feet; thence south one hundred ninety eight (198) feet to the place of beginning. Owned by James A: & Margaret I. Judie. Begin on the north line of Colfax Avenue five and one half (5-1/2) feet westof the east line of Bank Out Lot 15 thence west one and one half (1-1/2) feet; thence no nth one hundred ninety eight (190) feet to alley; thence east one and one half (1-1/2) Net; thence south one hundred ninety eight (198) feet to the place of begin ing..
