Miami Street to Hi h St. and ;water connections on Indians, Avenue From Miami Street to Franklin St-reet. The. . same were all refer;-0 to the City Engineer -for tabulation to be reported -oncat 7:45 P.M. this 21st. dey of September,1915. The following ordered was signed and sent to the City Controller. To City Controller. South Bend, Ind. You are hereby requested to turn over to John Sidman such sum or sums of money that are now held by you subject to the order of the Board of Public Works as quaranty for faithful performance of contracts or otherwise with said Board.
