7 30 Tuesdav August 7rd.,1915• Continued. f Permission was granted`t6 the South Bend Home Telephone Company to open v the following alleys and streets for the purpose of installing underground cable. 385 feet of trench alley N. of Madison and W. of Wood to first alley north. of Michigan Ave., thence W. 530 ft. 500 ft. first alley N.-- of Madison & W. of Layette. 1100 ft. N. of Madison & First alley W. of Michigan to first alley north of Navarre St. s ' 291 ft. first alley S. of Marion & W. of Main to N. side of Marion to connect with our present underground. From the S. side of Navarre & first alley N. of Navaree 300 ft. 539 ft. alley N. of Madison & W. of Lafayette. 265 ft. from the N. side of Madison St. to first alley N. of Mich. Avenue. 297 ft. first alley south of Vistula and E. of Mich. 175 ft. first alley E. of St. Joe azid S. of Vistula-9 410 ft. alley east of Carroll and S. of Vistula. 345 ft. alley south of Wayne and E. of Carroll. 1000 ft. from the end of our present underground on Sample Street east on Vistula Ave. to Miami St. inside of curb in the parkway. Engineer filed assessment roll an final estimate for pipe sewer on Fellows r/ Street From Dubail Avenue to the first alley south of Dubail A venue,under Impmvement Resolution No. 369, In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published on the 6th. day of August,1915 and on the 13th. day of August,1915 in the South Bend^Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 24th. day of August,1915 at 7:45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this -resolution shall be ublished on the 6th. day of August 1915 and on the 13th. day of August,1915 in the South Bend D i ly Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such w rk at its office in the City Hall on the 24th. day of August,l915 at 7:45 P.M.
