ORDINANCE NO. ~ g ~ 3 "~ <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS AND <br />DECREASING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS <br />WITHIN THE VARIOUS FUNDS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />FOR THE YEAR 2007 <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />Unforeseen conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budgets <br />which necessitates the increase and reduction of appropriations within the various <br />departments of the General Fund and other funds of the City of South Bend. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />Section I: That the following Accounts be adjusted as described below: <br />Increase <br />Fund Classification enrease <br />General Fund (101) <br />Administration & Finance Other Services $270,200 <br />Animal Control Supplies 5,000 <br /> Other Services 23,500 <br />Human Rights Other Services 7,800 <br />Code Enforcement Personnel (17,000) <br /> Supplies (11,500) <br />Human Rights Grant (258) Personnel 7,600 <br /> Other Services 6,114 <br />Hall of Fame (313) Other Services 26,750 <br />Firefighter's Pension (701) Other Services 3,680 <br />Police Pension (702) Other Services 10,950 <br />General Grant (250) Other Services 3,200 <br />Solid Waste (610) Other Services 160,000 <br />
