The Airport Economic Development Area, Allocation Area No. 1 <br />( "Allocation Area No. 111) is hereby expanded to include Expansion <br />Area No. 3 as described in the fourth Whereas clause above, so that <br />the boundaries of the Allocation Area and the Area are <br />coterminous. Any taxes levied on the property imposed under I.C. <br />6 -1.1 in the Allocation Area shall be allocated, distributed and <br />used as provided in Resolution No. 919, as amended, and the Act. <br />The base assessment date for Expansion Area No. 3, for purposes of <br />the Act, is March 1, 1992. The Allocation Area as expanded shall <br />be hereinafter known as "Airport Economic Development Area, <br />Allocation Area No. 1" ( "Allocation Area No. 111). <br />-7- <br />
