The supplement also covers a variety of site specific design issues related <br />to property acquisition for the US Post Office, the Cinemark Movie Theater complex, Caroline <br />Partners properties, Carl Kay property, Sears Store and drainage design at the southeast corner of <br />the intersection of Barbie and Michigan. The project is well underway with parcel appraisals and <br />early stages of right -of -way acquisition and it is anticipated that we will be well into the buying stage <br />within the next month/ <br />The proposal amount for Supplement #3 is $260,320.00 and will be the final change order for this <br />project. <br />For accounting purposes, the following is a list of the prior contract amounts for this project: <br />Original Contract: <br />$ 436,000.00 (design services) <br />Supplement #1: <br />$ 439,000.00 (acquisition services) <br />Supplement #2: <br />$ 18,900.00 (relocation services) <br />Supplement #3: <br />$ 260,320.00 (additional design services) <br />Total: <br />$ 1,154,220.00 <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution 2953 and the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for the <br />Main - Lafayette Corridor Project, Supplement #3. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
