6 7 S` <br />defect in said proceedings, and to amV violation in procedure for the improvement of <br />streets as fixed by Section 5710 or Burnsf Revised Statutes of 1914 We further <br />waive. any ,right to object to the form of said resolution in that it does not name <br />four different kinds of modern City pavements; and we further waive any and all objec— <br />tions to the fact that no advertisement for hearing was published as required by law, <br />and that no notices were mailed to the onners of property, and that no hearing was had <br />by said Board. <br />We also consent that said Board shall proceed to let the contract for <br />doing said work in the following manner: — <br />That they shall notify by mail responsible contractors in the City of <br />South - Bend , Indiana. of said work to be done under said resolution, and that they <br />shall receive bids from said contractors for the doing of said work, and they shall <br />let the contract for doing said work to the lowest responsible biddr. Webster. <br />Contract for the pipe sewer on Bowaan street from Michigan Street to <br />Boman Creek Trunk sewer was awarded to De Peape & Coussens. <br />Resolution was ordered prepared on petition filed on August 25th. <br />1914 for a pipe sewer on ''Sorin` ­ Street from Mt. Louis Street to Eddy. <br />Bond and contract signed by L.H. Webster as principal and The London & <br />Lancashire Guarantee and Accident Co. of Canada as surety, for the pipe sewer on <br />Jacob Street from Jefferson Blvd. to 1st. angle north ,under Improvement Resolution <br />No. 352. was approved by the Board. <br />By unanimous consent the Board resolved, that the Grand Trunk Western <br />Railway Company be notified to replank or pave the space between their tracks on <br />Division Street and the space between their tracks and the pavements on either side <br />from the east line of Michigan Street to the west line of Laurel Street within 60 <br />Sixty (60) days. Clerk instructed to send notice to Grand Trunk Western Ry. Co. <br />By unanimous consent the Board drdered that the following resolution be <br />,41 adopted for a pavement on Franklin Street from Sample Street to -Indiana Avenue. <br />
