RESOLUTION NO. 1070 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION APPROVING A PROPOSED LEASE BETWEEN THE <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION FOR CERTAIN LAND AND PIIBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS, APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND COST ESTIMATES, SETTING A PIIBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />LEASE PURSUANT TO IC 36 -7 -14 -25.21 AND AUTHORIZING <br />PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF THE PIIBLIC HEARING <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (the <br />"Authority ") on June 26, 1992, adopted a resolution indicating its <br />intent to issue its South Bend Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental <br />Revenue Bonds to finance the construction of a golf course (the <br />"Project ") ; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 26, 1992, the Authority adopted a <br />resolution approving a proposed lease between the Authority and <br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (the "Commission ") for the <br />lease of the Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plans, specifications and cost <br />estimates for the Project have been filed, reviewed and approved <br />by the Authority; and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plans, specifications and cost <br />estimates for the Project have been filed with the Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Authority has filed the proposed lease with <br />the Commission, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A; <br />and <br />
