Of primary interest was the detail of the <br /> CSO monitoring system jointly developed by ND and the City. This$4 million dollar project, of <br /> which $1 million was contributed by ND enables the City to avoid the nearly$120 million cost of <br /> building a separate storm/sanitary sewer system. <br /> After a brief question and answer session Mr. Davis adjourned the meeting at 4:12 p.m. <br /> .—� <br /> R�spe. ully ubmitted; <br /> � ' � ' <br /> !
