ORDINANCE NO. ~ 1O~ `-~ ~° <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />3747, 3801, 5661 Nimtz Parkway; 3907, 3919, 3920 Crescent Circle, and the property located <br />immediately east of 5661 Nimtz Parkway COUNCILMANIC DISTRICT 1 IN THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The properties located in the Crescent at Blackthorn area are currently zoned O Office. Rezoning the <br />properties L1 Light Industrial, upholds the intent of the Blackthorn Corporate Park, and the <br />Crescent area while giving it the opportunity to facilitate a broader range of potential users. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9495-04, is amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br />classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of <br />Indiana: <br />Lot 2: 25-1018-062204 <br />Lot 3: 25-1018-062205 <br />Lot 4: 25-1018-062206 <br />Lot 5: 25-1018-062207 <br />Lot 6: 25-1018-062208 <br />Lot 7: 25-1018-062209 <br />Lot 8: 25-1018-062210 <br />Of Blackthorn Corporate Office Park Minor Sub 7. <br />be and the same is hereby established as Ll Light Industrial <br />SECTION II.
