The Commission finds that the City of South Bend has <br />appropriated and expended the following amounts from Fund 101 of <br />the City for the following eligible expenditures in the Allocation <br />Area: <br />DATE <br />CHECK # VENDOR ACTIVITY PAID AMOUNT <br />027170 Gerard Hilferty & Assoc. Professional <br />Services <br />8/14/92 $48,215.88 <br />TOTAL $48,215.88 <br />2. The Commission authorizes and directs the reimbursement of <br />Fourty -Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Eighty -Eight <br />Cents ($48,215.88) from the South Bend Department of Redevelopment <br />Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 1A) Special Fund be <br />made to the City of South Bend for eligible expenditures made <br />within the Allocation Area. <br />Adopted at a Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission held on September 4, 1992, at Room 1308 County -City <br />Building, 227 West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, IN 46601. <br />ATTEST: <br />Michael Donoho, Secretary <br />ML:Res1095 <br />SOUTH B REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />By: a67 /V <br />Paula N.
