14 <br />.I <br />Section I. That the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has <br />considered and hereby approves the joint and cooperative operation <br />and management of Blackthorn as contemplated by the Agreement. <br />Section II. That the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />hereby authorizes its President to enter into the Agreement in form <br />and substance the same as or substantially similar to that of the <br />Agreement attached hereto. <br />Section III.
