EXHIBIT A <br />The following described real estate in St. Joseph County, State of <br />Indiana, to wit: <br />Part of the North Half of Section 28, Township 38 North, <br />Range 2 East, Second Principal Meridian, City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly <br />described as follows: Commencing at the East Quarter <br />corner of said Section 28; thence South 89 58'45" West <br />along the South line of the Northeast Quarter of said <br />Section 28, 2314.41 feet; thence North 0 00'47" East 120.00 <br />feet to the North boundary of Boland Drive, also being <br />the point of beginning; thence North 89 58'56" West along <br />said North boundary 447.83 feet; thence North 45 00'09" <br />West 14.14 feet to the East boundary of Foundation Drive; <br />thence North 0000'47" East along said East boundary <br />747.96 feet; thence North 89 44'25" East 458.26 feet; <br />thence South 0 02'41" West 759.90 feet to the point of <br />beginning, containing 7.979 acres more of less. <br />
