The purpose of the vacation of the real property is to provide <br />additional set back for the lot immediately south of the subject alley, Lot ~ 34. A <br />new home will constructed at 917 St. Peter, Lot 134 which is the lot to the south <br />and adjacent to the alley. <br />SECTION V.
