On July 26, 2011 the Redevelopment Commission approved a proposal from BSA LifeStructures, Inc. to initiate site infrastructure design work required for Phase 1A of the Ignition Park Master Plan. The scope of this proposal included: • Construction of the southern portion of the circle as proposed in the Ignition Park Master Plan • Extension of Cotter and Stull Streets to the circle • Construction of the new south entry road from the circle to meet with Scott Street and provide the access road into Lot #4, the Data Realty site • Design of utility infrastructure to support the Data Realty project Phase 1A Infrastructure Estimate: $2,774,663 The attached Resolution and Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement will allow the Board of Public Works to facilitate project bidding, award contacts and manage infrastructure construction to completion. To ensure compliance with all City of South Bend standards, BPW staff will also be involved in project discussions during the design development phase. Staff requests approval of Resolution 2945 and the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for Ignition Park Phase 1A Infrastructure Project. What We Do Today Makes A Difference!
