Wood has been <br />asked to insure the statue at his expense and <br />he doesn't want to do that. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal for <br />professional services related to James Oliver <br />Memorial in the Oliver Industrial Park in the <br />not to exceed amount of $14,000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized Don Inks to sign any <br />documents related to the replat. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized Danch Harper & <br />Associates to represent the Commission at <br />various hearings related to the replat. <br />(5) Staff report on Commission's involvement <br />in Fire Station #5. <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that on August 9, 2011, <br />staff presented Resolution No. 2916 and an <br />Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement <br />as a mechanism to provide financing for <br />predevelopment activities related to the Fire <br />Station #5 project. On October 3, the Board <br />of Public Works acted on the Addendum and <br />approved a revised project proposal and <br />scope of work. <br />Then, the city wanted to consider a new site <br />southwest of the intersection of Olive and <br />Prairie.
