ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br /> BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING $ 60,000 IN CITY GENERAL FUND #101 <br /> CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT FOR ILLEGAL DUMPING CLEANUP <br /> ACTIVITIES TO BE PREFORMED BY SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT AND <br /> REIMBURSED FROM GENERAL FUND #101 TO SOLID WASTE OPERATING <br /> FUND #610 IN 2011 <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The City has determined that expenditure is required to perform clean-up of <br /> illegal dumping that has occurred in the City of South Bend. <br /> It is necessary to appropriate the funds to perform the clean-up of illegal dumping. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows; <br /> Section I. The sum of$60,000.04 is hereby appropriated and set aside within the <br /> Code Enforcement Department of the City General Fund#10 1 for the purpose of <br /> defraying the expense necessary to perform the clean-up of illegal dumping activities. <br /> Section 11. The clean-up activities will be preformed and expended by the City <br /> Department of Solid Waste Fund #610, with reimbursement of incurred expense from the <br /> Code Enforcement Department of the City General Fund #101. <br /> Section III.
