The Common Council of the City of South Bend adopted an <br />Ordinance approving the Lease on November 29, 1993, and the State <br />Board of Tax Commissioners subsequently issued its Order approving <br />the Lease pursuant to I.C. 6 -1.1- 18.5 -8. <br />Fifty (50) or more taxpayers residing in the <br />Redevelopment District who will be affected by the Lease and who <br />may be of the opinion that no necessity exists for the execution <br />of the Lease or that the payments provided for in the Lease are <br />not fair and reasonable may file a petition in the office of the <br />County Auditor within thirty (30) days after publication of this <br />notice of execution and approval, in the manner provided by law. <br />The Lease is open to public inspection at the office of <br />the Commission, which is located at 1200 County -City Building, 227 <br />West Jefferson Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana. <br />Theo F.
