EXHIBIT "A" <br />That part of the West half of the Northwest quarter of <br />Section 13, T. 37 N., R. 2 E., City of South Bend, St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana which is described as: Beginning <br />at a Point on the North line of Indiana Ave. which is S. <br />89 °11'59" E., 169.21 ft. from the intersection of the <br />East line of Lafayette Street (said street being 50.00 <br />f t. wide) and the North line of Indiana Ave. in said City <br />of South Bend; thence N. 00 °00'47" W., 403.21 ft.; thence <br />N. 89 °11159" E., 25.77 ft.; thence S. 00 009134" E. along <br />the East line of the former Penn Central Railroad, 403.20 <br />ft.; thence S. 89 011'59" W. along the North line of <br />Indiana Ave. 26.80 ft. to the Point of Beginning. <br />Containing 0.243 acres. The above - described parcel <br />represents the East half of a part of the vacated former <br />Penn Central Railroad. <br />
