A parcel of land in the southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, of the Second Principal Meridian, German Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and described as follows: Commencing from the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 38 North, Range 2 East; thence South O1 000144" East (bearing derived from recorded plat) along the East line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 21, 482.38 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South O1 000144" East along the said East line, 125.00 feet; thence south 88 °53'36" West, 930.47 feet; thence North 00 056'57" West, 125.00 feet; thence North 88 053136" East, 930.33 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 2.67 acres, more or less, and is subject to easements, restrictions and or covenants of record.
