This bill is <br />meant to ensure the safe passage of emergency and other vehicles <br />during times when streets will be congested because of large <br />scale events in the community. It was at the recommendation of <br />the Mayor's Neighborhood Task Force and Common Council Member Ann <br />Puzzello. <br />I will. present the proposed ordinance to the Council at the <br />Committee and council meetings. I respectfully request your <br />favorable consideration of this proposed ordinance.
