RESOLUTION NO. 1249 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1240 <br />WHEREAS, Resolution Number 1240, adopted March 31, 1994 by the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission, authorized the purchase of certain real estate <br />owned by Lawrence & Margaret A. Widman, as identified below, for the total sum <br />of $40,450.00; and whereas this amount was in error. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission that Resolution 1240 shall be and hereby is amended to authorize the <br />purchase of the real estate identified below at the total sum identified below. <br />Tax Key No. Owner Price <br />18- 7001 -0009 Lawrence & Margaret A.
