Councilmember Rouse made a motion to refer this bill to the <br />Public Works and Property Vacation Committee and set it for Public Hearing and Third <br />Reading on September 26, 2011. Councilmember Oliver Davis seconded the motion <br />which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br /> <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />BILL NO. 11-54 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE <br />ADOPTION OF A DECLARATORY <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN <br />AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA COMMONLY KNOWN AS 815 <br />OLIVER PLOW COURT (PROPOSED <br />ADDRESS)* AS AN ECONOMIC <br />REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF <br />A SEVEN 7 YEAR REAL PROPERTY TAX <br />ABATEMENT FOR SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION/OLIVER <br />PLOW PARTNERS, LP <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Oliver Davis made a motion to refer this bill to the Community and <br />Economic Development Committee and set it for Public Hearing and Third Reading on <br />September 26, 2011.
