RESOLUTION NO. �l 2-2�� � <br /> A R�SOLUTION CO�TFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A <br /> DECLARATORY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS <br /> WITHIN THE CITY QF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, COMMONLY <br /> KNOWN AS <br /> 815 OLIVER PLOW COURT (PROPOSED ADDRESS)# <br /> AS AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR <br /> PURPOSES OF A SEVEN 7 YEAR REAL <br /> PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br /> SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION/OLIVER PLOW <br /> PARTNERS, LP <br /> WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, has <br /> adopted a Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Economic <br /> Revitalization Areas for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and <br /> WHEREAS, a Declaratory Resolution designated the area located on the <br /> northwest corner of Oliver Plow Court and Chapin Street with the proposed address of <br /> 815 Oliver Plow Court*, and which upon completion of the replatting and recording <br /> process,will be more particularly described as follows: <br /> Lot 2 of Oliver Plow Works First Minor Subdivision* <br /> and which has Key Number 018-3061-2351 presently at this point in time, be designated <br /> as an Economic Revitalization Area; and <br /> WHEREAS, petitioner has agreed to and has accepted responsibility to report any <br /> changes in the final legal description and to report the final, appropriate Key Number to <br /> the Deparhnent of Community and Economic Development and to the Office of the City <br /> Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the adoption of a Declaratory Resolution and the public <br /> hearing befare the Council has been published pursuant to Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-2.5; <br /> and <br /> ' Currently identified as the east 4.4 acres of Lot#8,Oliver Plow Works, lst Major,Sec 3 located on the <br /> northwest corner of Oliver Plow Court and Chapin Street. <br />
