the adoption of substantially identical resolutions of each
<br />entity; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment, acting through the Commission,
<br />and pursuant to I.C. 36- 7- 14- 12.2(a)(3), may exchange or transfer
<br />property with another governmental entity upon terms and
<br />conditions agreed upon by the two (2) entities as evidenced by
<br />the adoption of substantially identical resolutions of each
<br />entity; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Commission desires to transfer the Real
<br />Property to the City of South Bend, and the City of South Bend,
<br />€ acting by and through the Board, has agreed to accept the
<br />transfer of the Real Property from the Commission for the payment
<br />of a nominal consideration.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND
<br />9 REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS:
<br />1. That the transfer of the following described real
<br />property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana, by the City of
<br />South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, acting by and through
<br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission to the City of South
<br />Bend, Indiana:
<br />1. A lot or parcel of land Fifty -two [52] feet in length, North
<br />and South, taken off of and from the entire width of the
<br />North end of Lot Numbered Fifteen [15] as shown on the
<br />recorded Plat of Wenger and Kreighbaum's First Addition to
