<br /> Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above quotations
<br /> were referred to Engineering and Community and Economic Development for review and
<br /> recommendation. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Rob Nichols, Engineering, recommended that
<br /> the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Fuerbringer
<br /> Landscaping & Design, Inc., in the amount of$43,490.00, which is the Base Bid and Alternate 1.
<br /> Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded
<br /> and the Construction Contract approved as outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion,
<br /> Which carried.
