Zayo Group, LLC, Louisville, CO <br /> RATIFY APPROVAL AND/OR RELEASE OCCUPANCY CONTRACTOR AND <br /> EXCAVATION BONDS <br /> Mr. Anthony Molnar, Division of Engineering, recommended that the following Contractor, <br /> Excavation, and Occupancy Bonds be ratified pursuant to Resolution 100-2000 and/or released <br /> as follows: <br /> A. Contractor Bond <br /> 1. Kenneth Grove–Approved September 2, 2011 <br /> B. Excavation Bonds <br /> 1. Brian Coburn–Approved August 24, 2011 <br /> 2. New Horizon Drilling Solutions–For Release August 30, 2011 <br /> C. Occupancy Bond <br /> 1. Rans Custom Builders, Inc. –Approved August 24, 2011 <br /> 2. L.L. Geans Construction Co. –Approved September 2, 2011 <br /> 3. Legends Row Developers, LLC–Approved September 2, 2011 <br /> 4. L.L. Geans Construction Co. –For Release Effective October 18, 2011 <br /> Mr. Inks made a motion that the Bonds approval and/or release as outlined above be ratified. <br /> Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried. <br /> APPROVE CLAIMS <br /> Mr. Inks stated that a request to pay the following claims in the amounts indicated has been <br /> received by the Board; each claim is fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the <br /> goods or services has approved the claims; and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal <br /> Officer and certified for accuracy. <br /> Name Amount of Clam Date <br /> City of South Bend $1,343,716.50 09112/2011 <br /> .:._.....:.. <br /> City of South Bend $2,675.48 09/02/2011 <br /> Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be approved <br /> as submitted. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried. <br /> PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br /> Mr. Carl Littrell, Engineering, informed the Board that he just received notice that the College <br /> Football Hall of Fame has had water damage and will need emergency repairs. Mr. Gilot <br /> requested that Mr. Littrell work with the Hall of Fame to get the pipes moved or covered to <br /> protect them, to prevent additional damage.
